Our standard delivery service is to Mainland GB, we can for additional charges arrange delivery to other UK addresses outside this area i.e. Isle of Man, Northern Ireland. Our carriers will also provide at additional cost a delivery service to Ireland and other European countries, please contact us for a quotation.
All goods will arrive flat packed and will require assembly by you unless stated as assembled. A signature will be required on delivery. If you have requested delivery on a specific date we will endeavour to fulfil your request, but because we are using a third party, we cannot guarantee it. EuroBroker will not accept liability for failure to deliver on the stated date. Carriers will not deliver at specific times; however deliveries before 9.00am, 10.00am, 12.00am and Saturday morning can be arranged at an extra charge. Please contact us for pricing should you require one of these services.
Most items delivered by carrier arrive within 14 working days, but please allow up to 28 working days. Please Note Carriers state they are only contracted to deliver to the ground floor door, or roadside if there is a flight of steps to your property. If the delivery is to a block of flats, they will only deliver to the ground floor doorway of the building. This therefore may require you to assist or move the equipment into your home.
Many of these products are heavy, and our carriers may require assistance to off-load the item. If you are unable to provide the necessary assistance then it will mean the carrier is unable to deliver and will render you liable for any repeat delivery or return charges.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign the delivery note and you must check the item when it arrives. If the box is damaged and you refuse to accept it you must write the reason why on the delivery note and sign it. If you accept the delivery cross out 'delivered in good condition' on the delivery note before signing. If there are a number of boxes to the item you must ensure that they are all there. If that is not the case, count how many there are and write this on the delivery note before signing and contact EuroBroker immediately.
If you do not note damages or shortages on the delivery note then EuroBroker or the carrier cannot be held responsible. Words such as UNEXAMINED or UNCHECKED will not be accepted as a conditional signature. Remember, if you do not note damages or shortages, your signature is an acceptance that you have received all the delivery in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.
DELAYS/DAMAGES
EuroBroker, will not be liable for late or failed deliveries by third party carriers. Any claim for damages to property by a third party carrier must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt or your claim will not be honoured by the courier.
RESTRICTED ACCESS
It is your responsibility to advise us of anything which may restrict delivery access This includes, but is not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), parking or street restrictions which prevent normal access by the delivery vehicle.
EuroBroker, will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions or a failed delivery, then the customer is liable for all carriage charges incurred and a £20 administration charge to cover our costs.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS/RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this web-site for a full refund. However there are certain conditions that you must meet.
First you must contact us in writing either before your order is shipped or within 7 working days of the day after you are receiving of the goods advising us that you wish to cancel/return the item(s). If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped then you will only be liable for a £20 administration fee. If you contact us after the goods are shipped but you have either not received or you refuse the delivery then you will be responsible for the delivery/return costs to EuroBroker. If you cancel your order in writing within the stated period it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to EuroBroker at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and we recommend that you use a carrier that offers transit insurance against loss or damage. The goods must arrive back with us in exactly the same saleable condition as it was delivered to the customer and again we recommend that you use a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery. Should the goods arrive at EuroBroker in a damaged condition we will not accept the delivery.
In all circumstances you must obtain a return authorisation number before you return the items to us.
FAULTY PRODUCTS/PARTS
Please inform us of faulty products or parts within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for either an engineer to call or an exchange of the faulty part or item after our analysis of this. If the faulty goods are to be returned the returns must be authorised by EuroBroker. Any unauthorised returned goods will be refused. If we cannot remedy the problem we will refund you in full once the faulty item has been returned to us.
We are currently offering a 12 month return to depot warranty on our products.On some occasions most problems are easily and cheaply fixed well after the warranty period has expired so please call us with any issues you may have with your product after this period.
IMAGES/SUBSTITUTES
You may be sent a similar but equivalent product which may differ from the image featured on our site as they are for illustration purposes only. If you are sent a substitute then you will not be responsible for the return costs if you are not happy with the substitute.

RAFFLE COMPETITION
The raffle competition is open to anybody visiting our website and there are no restrictions as to the amount of times you can enter.
The winner will be selected at random each week and informed via email or telephone. There are no cash alternatives given and we may substitute the item for a similar product but it will be of the same quality or value if we do. The item won will be on a collection basis from oyur warehouse in Doncaster however, on request we will deliver this but we will pass this charge on to the winner.
