The reasons why people return items are varied.  They are either cancelled orders, unwanted gifts or items or some of them could be warranty returns.  End of line items are available as the catalogue shops either stop selling them or they are out of season.  With end of line items, you get a great bargain as there is generally nothing wrong with them as they are usually brand new.

On some occasions, these items are returned because they are damaged in transit so may have scratches on them or cracks, marks on them or bits missing.

We test and repair/refurbish all items that require this and always ensure that they are tested and working before they leave our warehouse.

During delivery, boxes can be damaged by our couriers and items like screws etc may fall out.  If this is the case then please contact us and we can arrange to send the missing items out to you.
